This year I had the huge honor of working with Meta and Coachella, designing three pairs of augmented reality glasses, wearable through Coachella's Instagram. Each pair is animated and inspired by the synesthesia of visuals and sound, and uses movement to convey a distinct vibe and flow, and adds to a collection of effects by top AR artists worldwide for Coachella 2022.
I have been creating a variety of original ideas and never-before-seen concepts in augmented reality fashion. I always aim to create things I have never seen before. I developed a way to track smaller and more effectively and combine techniques from various media in art to create extremely lifelike AR effects.
I share my newest projects most frequently on Instagram and TikTok.
For SXSW in Austin, TX this year, I worked with FreeWater to develop an augmented reality bottle. FreeWater uses a futuristic business model of making their water free, funded by the advertising space on the bottle. Typically, brands buy space on the bottle, but I was gifted the space to showcase the possibilities of AR in advertising. Reducing single-use plastic is also a crucially important modern cause, and FreeWater uses aluminum bottles. On top of this, they donate 10c per bottle to clean water efforts around the world. Showing off futuristic ideas like making necessities more accessible, and utilizing the advertising world to do so is an amazing cause in futurism.
